Number of Accounts
You may have only one (1) Moolre Account. If you open additional accounts, we reserve the right to immediately close such additional accounts.
You may only register for a Moolre Account if it is legal to do so in your country of residence. By opening a Moolre Account you represent and warrant to us that your opening of the account does not violate any laws or regulations applicable to you. You shall indemnify us against any losses we incur in connection with your breach of this section.
Maintaining your Moolre Account
You must ensure that the information shared with us on opening your Moolre Account is always accurate and up to date and we shall not be liable for any loss arising out of your failure to do so.
We are committed to protecting your personal information and helping you understand exactly how your personal information is being used. You should carefully read our Privacy Policy, as it provides details on how your personal information is collected, stored, protected, and used.
By entering into this Agreement, you agree to receive electronic communications and notifications. Printing and mailing correspondence, disclosures, and account statements takes time and money, so we like to handle these matters electronically.
It is your responsibility to regularly check the proper functioning of your email account or other methods of communication that you have registered with your Moolre Account and to retrieve and read messages relating to your Moolre Account promptly. We shall not be liable for any loss arising out of your failure to do so.
Your transaction history is displayed on your dashboard showing your account funding, payments received, and amounts sent or transferred. Each transaction is given a unique transaction ID and shown in the transaction history. You should quote this transaction ID when communicating with us about a particular transaction.
Using Moolre
The Moolre app will allow you to make payments and transact via any locally available payment services like Mobile Money or Debit cards to other external networks that have been aggregated by Moolre.
The Moolre Account is a non-depository transactional account which uses electronic money to enable you to send and receive electronic payments. Your Moolre Account is denominated in GHS. The electronic money held in your Moolre Account does not expire but it will not earn any interest.
You have the right to transact with the Moolre App at any time. However, you may be required to confirm your identity beforehand. There is no minimum withdrawal amount from your Moolre Account.
You can choose the means of funds transfer when making payments. You can choose the method of withdrawal when submitting your withdrawal request.
The funds you transact with on the Moolre webapp belong to the person or legal entity which is registered as the Moolre Account holder. No person other than the Moolre Account holder is allowed to make transfers with the Account. You shall not assign or transfer your Moolre account to a third party or otherwise grant any third party a legal or equitable interest over it.
Certain features of the Services may be limited depending on your jurisdiction, the date on which you created your account or other factors.
Receiving E-Money
If you receive funds into your Moolre Account, we will send you a notification and the record of it will be stored on your Payment History Dashboard.
If a payment that you receive is later invalidated for any reason, you are responsible to Moolre for the full amount of such payment. This means that if the sender disputes the authorization for transaction or initiates a chargeback with their bank or card issuer or payment processor, you may be liable for the full amount of such payment.
If it is determined that such transaction was unauthorized or the chargeback is validated by the sender's bank or card issuer, you authorize Moolre to recover any amounts due to Moolre by deducting such amount from your Moolre Account balance. In the event that your Moolre Account balance is not sufficient to cover the full amount, you authorize Moolre to reverse any withdrawals or require you to take other steps to reimburse Moolre.
If Moolre is unable to recover the full amount that is owed, Moolre may take additional steps including the initiation of legal actions to recover the full amount, to the extent allowed by applicable law.
Once you have provided your authorization for a transfer, you will not be able to cancel the electronic transfer.
By linking a bank account, debit card, credit card, or other payment method to your account, you authorize Moolre to communicate with your bank or card issuer to provide or obtain any information required in connection with providing the Services to you.
You hereby give Moolre the right to resubmit any electronic fund transfer you authorized that is returned for insufficient or uncollected funds. You also authorize us to amend your Moolre Account activity to correct such error.
You authorize Moolre to take necessary action to reverse, credit, or debit any payment in connection with any necessary chargebacks, reversals, refunds, or adjustments.
To make a transfer, you must authorize the payment using your username, password, PIN, or multi-factor authentication (such as a one-time password or biometric authentication). By initiating a transaction, you authorize Moolre to debit your Account for the transaction amount and any applicable charges once the transaction has been successfully completed.
Each Transaction will be issued with a unique transaction number included in the confirmation electronic receipt sent to You. This transaction number is used to track and identify all Transactions carried out on your Account.
You agree that you will not earn any interest or other returns on the funds associated with your Account. These funds are held on your behalf in pooled accounts maintained by Moolre with its partner banks.
Withdrawing Funds from Your Moolre Account
You can request a withdrawal of all or part of the funds held in your Moolre Account at any time. To do this you must log into your Account and select a withdrawal method and enter the amount to be withdrawn.
Withdrawal methods are payment services provided, at least in part, by third party financial institutions. We do not guarantee the availability of any particular withdrawal method and may make changes to or discontinue a particular withdrawal method at any time.
You must not make a withdrawal to a bank account or other payment medium; be it a Mobile Money account if you are not the named holder. We take any violation of this requirement very seriously and will treat any attempt to use a payment instrument of which you are not the named holder as a fraudulent act.
Without prejudice to claiming further damages, if we are required to investigate a withdrawal to a payment instrument that is not in your name, we may charge an administration fee. We reserve the right to require you to provide further identifying information before processing such withdrawal or transfer requests and to delay or prohibit such withdrawal or transfer if we believe fraudulent or illegal activity has occurred.
You are responsible for ensuring that all payment details you provide when withdrawing funds are accurate and complete. Moolre will not be liable for any loss of funds resulting from incorrect or incomplete payment details provided by you. If you send funds to the wrong payment destination, you may request Moolre's assistance in attempting to recover the funds. However, recovery is not guaranteed, and Moolre may charge an administrative fee for providing such assistance.
You will be asked to provide details of the recipient's telephone number or other means of identification. We use those details as the unique identifier to determine the intended recipient of the payment which you instruct us to process. If the recipient is a registered Moolre user, we will credit the user's account with the funds intended for disbursement.
If you are unable to login to your Moolre Account, you will need to contact Support for assistance.
Transaction Limits
Moolre reserves the right to set or change limits on your Account, including limits on collections, withdrawals, account balances, transaction frequency, and transaction amounts, as may be necessary for operational, risk management, or regulatory reasons.
We may also establish individual or aggregate limits on the number or size of transactions you can make during a specified time period. All such limits will comply with applicable Bank of Ghana regulations and guidelines.
Certain transaction limits may also be affected by regulatory bodies.
Decline of Transaction
We may, in our sole discretion, delay the processing of transactions if we believe the transaction is suspicious, may involve fraud or misconduct, violates applicable laws, or violates these Terms and Conditions.
Processing of Transactions
In the event that Moolre is forced to engage a third party to assist with the recovery of any overdraft or chargeback, you will be charged any fees or expenses that are incurred by Moolre in connection with such recovery efforts, including, but not limited to, collection fees or convenience fees charged by third parties.
We will make every effort not to debit your payment account after we have received your request for cancellation prior to initiating the transaction. However, in some cases, we may have initiated an irreversible request for funds from your financial institution prior to receiving your request for cancellation. In such cases, we will refund your money usually within three (3) business days after we have received the funds from your financial institution.
Refunds will be credited to the same payment account used to pay for the Transaction.
Once a transaction has been initiated, it cannot be reversed. Collections and Disbursements using a bank account, debit card, credit card or other payment methods may be reversed or may be subject to a chargeback or related claim.
Except as set forth in these Terms and Conditions, all payment transactions processed through the Services are non-refundable. You may have additional refund or charge-back rights under your agreement with the recipient of such funds, your bank, or applicable law.
Transaction Fees
For each Transaction you make, Moolre may charge a commission in addition to the money you want to transfer. Depending on the payment mode you elect, there could be an additional commission charged by the payment gateway.
Our fees are either expressed as a percentage of the transaction or a fixed amount. We process all transactions at a fee between 1%–3% per transaction.
In order for Moolre to collect transaction fees from you, you hereby authorize Moolre to access, charge, or debit funds from your Moolre Account or any of the payment instruments you provide us in connection with your use of the Service. If your payment fails or is insufficient, we may re-try debiting your Account one or more times or you may authorize us to debit a different form of payment.

To the extent you access the Services through a mobile device, your wireless service carrier's standard charges, data rates, and other fees may apply. In addition, downloading, installing, or using certain mobile applications may be prohibited or restricted by your carrier, and not all Services may work with all carriers or devices.
By using mobile Services, you agree that we may communicate with you by SMS, MMS, text message, push notification, and/or other electronic means via your mobile device.
